Manager, Client Services

We are looking for a Manager of Client Services with excellent writing, project management, and communications skills to be a fundamental part of our team. A confident self-motivator will thrive here, engaging with our clients’ businesses and add to our growing company culture in positive ways.

This position is client facing and the person who joins us will be an active participant in the day-to-day operations of our firm. She or he will, among other things:

  • Develop and oversee strategic planning and implementation of programs for a roster of Full Tilt clients, including researching current trends in client industries to keep ideas and content fresh and relevant.
  • Work with clients to identify their key stakeholders and create marketing programs that reach those audiences through different mediums, including email marketing, social media and other digital platforms, press/media, content development, events, and collateral.
  • Lead writing for program tactics including blog posts, social media content, byline articles, and other appropriate communication, with the support of junior staff.
  • Continually learn new aspects of the digital marketing realm.
  • Strategize on media stories that meet different editorial interests and align with client goals; work with Full Tilt’s media relations strategist on pitching media and interview logistics.
  • Use data analytics to measure campaign and client successes and make decisions about future client strategies.
  • Run day-to-day project management by working collaboratively with our own subject matter experts and more junior-level professionals.
  • Create and/or work with graphic designer to create innovative content for client and Full Tilt social initiatives, blogs, e-newsletters and other outlets.

Qualified candidates will have at least five years of work experience in public relations and business communications with proven client results. Strong writing skills are required, as is the ability to work in an active, deadline-driven agency environment that works across many different industries. Interested? Digital Marketing Manager or Director

Our ever-growing company is looking to add a fun and digitally-savvy professional to our team. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager or Director with 5+ years of experience in social media marketing/advertising, digital data collection, video content, and email marketing.

The person in this position will build and execute our client’s multi-platform marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and expansion from a strategic and tactical level. This is a client-facing position and has qualifications and responsibilities in these areas:

  • Build content editorial calendars, write content/creating complementary graphics, and develop advertising campaigns across various social media platforms that support client business/marketing strategies.
  • Collect and maintain online analytics for digital marketing channels: website, mobile, e-newsletter and social media. Identify trends that can be translated into online initiatives to drive customer engagement and provide clients monthly reports.
  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for client stories, internal company marketing videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, etc. Lead content strategy and project manage external partners, as needed.
  • Possess a strong track record in email marketing with notable platforms such as Constant Contact, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign and Hubspot, to grow engagement and subscribers through analytics and lead nurturing initiatives.
  • Has experience with Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar media monitoring platforms.
  • Conduct baseline SEO functions: analyze, review, and implement changes for client and Full Tilt website optimization.
  • Lead baseline visual design and work with graphic designers to create innovative online content for clients and Full Tilt.
  • Review new technologies, digital marketing trends, and third-party articles to stay on the leading edge of digital marketing strategies and keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing developments.

Director, Account Services

We are excited to add a new Full Tilter! We’re looking for a Director of Account Services with exceptional account management competency, a strategic thinking and planning track record, and a mentoring mindset to be a fundamental part of our team. Qualified candidates have at least eight years working in a public relations/communications or integrated marketing agency environment and have proven account management and decision-making experience. He or she will have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This position is a leadership role within our firm to both clients and colleagues. A successful candidate will be able to share examples of how he or she has done the following, all of which are functions of this job:

  • Develop and oversee marketing/communications strategies and plans for multiple clients in a variety of industries, including understanding current trends in client industries to keep ideas and content fresh and relevant.
  • Use data analytics to measure campaigns and client successes and make decisions about future client strategies.
  • Has good consultative skills when working directly with client contacts; manage expectations and counsel on how mar/comms fits into their business model.
  • Has strong writing and communicating skills that can be adapted to myriad needs and channels.
  • Are an organized and detailed professional comfortable running day-to-day account logistics by working with Full Tilt’s subject matter experts and junior professionals.
  • Create and direct media, social programs and events for B2B and/or consumer industries.
  • Continually learn new aspects of the digital marketing realm and recommend new ideas.
  • Provide constructive feedback to mentor and train junior associates.
